Beach rentals in Alcudia

The location is very good, super close from the beach, very quiet neighbourhood. When traveling with a baby the house is good as it has an equipped kitchen to prepare food for the baby. The host was very nice and responsive although we never met him in person we felt very welcome.

Great villa for 12 of us of various ages. Great to have two kitchens available. Rooms clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Pool and terrace area big enough for all of us. Loads of sunbeds. The owner is really helpful and communicative. Local area has shop and two bar/ restaurants offering good food and entertainment. Alcudia easy to get to by car or taxi. Rocky beach 1 min away and nice sandy beach, with bar, 10min walk. Very happy to recommend.

What a fabulous villa! Perfect for our family vacation. Excellent communication from Andres and key pick up and final day process very easy - thank you. Beautifully clean and spacious throughout. Wonderful pool and outdoor eating area ... 2 minute walk from the beach with lovely clear water and sand. Well equipped kitchen and it was so useful having dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as cot and highchair for our grandson. Would highly recommend and hope to return! We loved the lay out of the house with 2 patios giving shade to lounge by the pool. 3 double rooms all with Air conditioning, comfortable beds; lounge also has air conditioning and large French windows for a lovely view onto the pool and a high quality 4K hi-res TV with various streaming services; one en suite, one bathroom, kitchen fully kitted out with oven, hob, sinks, fridge, freezer, microwave, table, crockery and cutlery enough for a family of 6. Other amenities include: soap, hair dyers, BBQ outside, 4 bicycles free to use, some novels in English (and Spanish), bedside tables, free wifi, 2 comfortable sofas 2 indoor dining tables and 1 outdoor dining table, 10 loungers for relaxing by the pool, a double hammock, and a patch of grass at the back. When we arrived there was some drinking water cooling in the fridge for us, which was a great help! It is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the beautiful beach of Alcudia with stunning white sand and turquoise water, beach cafes, and restaurants along the water front. There is a Spar shop just round the corner (about 3 minutes walk) and a Lidl supermarket (about 11 minutes walk), as well as several restaurants in the area. Hidropark, 'a really refreshing day out' is a fun waterpark with slides, wave pool, pool bar and more, about 25 minutes walk away. Tobogan is a restaurant/bar/pool/waterslide about 10 minutes walk away. In about 25 minutes walk you can get to the port where there are more bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops. Felt very safe. A nice quiet neighbourhood. There are some hotels nearby which sometimes have music in the evenings, but once inside the house, I couldn't hear it. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and activities with in walking distance. The owner, the lovely Rosa, stays just 10 minutes walk away and is always very helpful and responsive to any questions, or requests for help.

Modern, clean and beautiful property situated in a quiet part of Alcudia. Close to the beach, the property was well furnished and the host was lovely and accommodating. It was easy to communicate our needs and concerns! Absolutely fantastic stay - gracias por todo :)

We liked everything: comfortable apartman near by the beach, clean rooms with good kitchen facilities, nice balcony, super wifi. nice owner. We spent wonderful days here. Thank you for everything!

This property was beyond amazing and Pedro, the owner is a complete star, nothing was too much trouble, the advice on the best beaches and restaurants made the holiday, or we could have just gone to the usual tourist places. My little girl of 3 is autistic and the chickens made her stay, we fed them every day and fresh eggs from Pedro. The evenings when the girls went to bed were the holiday for me any my partner having a barbeque every night and perfect quiet. We have already booked for next year
