The studio apartment was beautiful, with great quality facilities and attention to detail. Everything you need is there and it’s great value for money. Close to the beach. The host and staff were very friendly and communicative and gave us some good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Basic accommodation in a great beachfront location if you are keen to stay in Ayumpe. We felt it was overpriced for what it was, especially when it came to the bed configuration - a mattress on the floor with just a sheet for a bed cover. It is well worth noting in advance that it is a cash only property at there is no ATM in the area (30 minute drive away to get cash out).

The apartment is perfect for a long stay. The room is huge, the bed is very large and comfortable, and the couches are super cosy. Everything is clean in the common space and the kitchen is well equipped. As if all this was not enough, the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and the hotel is located right on the main highway. The internet worked consistently, and blackouts were late at night. Buses and taxis stop at the hotel when they are waved down. Quality restaurants are nearby.

We had a great stay over 4 nights but could have easily stayed longer! It is located at a beautiful beach which is not very touristy. Ayampe also is the perfect location if you are looking for something relaxed. The hotel with Anabel and Franziska is so great. They were so friendly and helped us organize some stuff (travel, surfing lessions etc). We felt very welcome and would definitly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are pretty and very clean. So really all in all perfect! Thank you two so much!

Very positive vibes❤️ felt like coming home! a beautiful place with so much love for details. The staff is so friendly, helpful and just lovely - they really want you to enjoy your time in Ayampe and feel comfortable. Rooms are great and don’t get me started on the breakfast-very yummy!!! The overall atmosphere is young, lady back, and close to nature. We truly enjoyed that there is no large buildings and a lot of blooming bushes and interesting plants. We truly hope Ayampe can find a good way with sustainable development and stay away from western style tourism development.
