What an incredible time we had at Avani Palm View Hotel! It was me, my wife, and our two kiddos, and let me tell you, everything about our stay was just awesome. First off, the rooms were spotless. Like, you could eat off the floors clean. It really made us feel relaxed and at home right away. And oh boy, the service! The ladies at the reception and the food area were just the sweetest. They remembered our names and room numbers every single time we bumped into them. It's those little personal touches that really make a place special. The valets and car coordinators were no exception. They made sure we were sorted with getting around without a hitch. So helpful and always with a smile. Now, here's a real highlight – we accidentally left our phone in the room when we checked out. But guess what? The Avani Palm View team came to the rescue and sent it back to us in our home country lightning-fast. Overall, we're already planning our next trip back because our time at Avani Palm View Hotel was just that good. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel like family and everything just clicks, this is it. Can't wait to come back for more good times!

the location is great, you have everything reachable by foot what you need. The pool was great and also possible to enter with children. A modern and nice building. The best was that we were able to checkin already in the morning 7am, because we were earlier at the location. thank you very much!

We loved the place! It felt immediately homey & comfortable. We were with 3 girls and we had each our own bed and 2 bathroom’s (and 3 toilets!!). The apartment was clean and it had all necessities. The apartment was nearby Dubai Marina and we walked within 10 minutes to the beach. It is very central. The biggest plus is that I had directly contact with the owner on Whatsapp. I asked for tips and help and he would react almost immediately. So friendly! My friends even liked the bodylotion and he gave us a bottle!! We had a pleasant vacation and the apartment was a great place to stay. Thank you! We will come back next time :)

The owner was really very helpful. We were early for check-in, and they managed to get the apartment ready within 1.5 hours. Kept in touch through out our stay to make sure if we need anything. Excellent location. Tram Station, Beach, restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, everything you need is just a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
