Awesome place, one of the best we have been to. We visited in February partly for working remotely, partly for holiday. Hotel is ideally located in Palma old town looking at small square. Close to anywhere and relatively calm. Room was maybe smaller than we expected but so practical, that we did not miss the space. Roof terrace amazing - view to 5 cathedrals, roofs and sea. Personal friendly and helpful. We will happily get back again.

The receptionist was so lovely and made our check-in process very smooth. The restored apartment was beautiful with high beams and well fitted with a fridge and washing machine. The location was perfect walking distance from all great attractions in Palma.

Everything: great equipment, super clean, bathroom with window and huge shower, very big leaving with kitchen! The host is great: super quick feedback always available to help! Check in instructions super clear and easy! Well connected with both center of Palma and beaches (the bus stop is in front of the apartment), so a really great location! Supermarket at a walking distance! I really recommend this place for a perfect stay in Palma!!!

At first I wasn't really expecting anything above my imagination when I booked the hotel 1 month ago it was just a random book, but when I actually arrived I could say 11/10 above my expectation will stay here again. And actually I don't really want to give too much praise to the hotel since I afraid you will raise price or become too good for me. So maybe 9/10 Incase you get too popular. Service: I was impressed by the professional service from the hotel especially the front desk and I think Felipe and Leticia who send me useful information in bookings. Very assuring. Breakfast: probably the best I have seen in this range of price according to my experience of stay in Rome, Barcelona and other tourist cities, amazing. Room: I was allocated with a room with a view of the swimming pool and a balcony towards the sun I felt very good, quite and comfortable. I have to mention the mattress and the quilt is the best of all the hotels I have stayed. Very comfortable. Others: we only stayed for 1 night and we stored our luggage in the luggage room (you have a special room for luggage and keeps in a cool temperature which is very good) , and could only open by the key I feel very secured.

    Location. Very central with lots of food options around, a convenience store 2 doors away. Just off a very busy lane but quiet with the doors closed. Comfortably spacious. Washing machine and dryer. The bed is in a little niche with a lower ceiling. Felt cosy but taller people may bump their heads if not careful. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator but we were helped with our bags on the way in. A luggage storage facility is available in a bike rental shop closeby, very convenient, just mind the opening hours.

    (I was at the apartment at second floor.) Really nice, cozy and new apartment. Super host: always present if you need tips or help (we needed to rent an auto and he suggested a local rental which was super) Location perfect: in the historical center but still in a quite place. A cafe just at the corner if you want to grab a fresh croissant for your breakfasts.

    The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. It has plenty big towels and blankets and pillows and has a beautiful view. There’s a washer and kitchenette and it’s very cozy. Paul was very kind and helpful. The condo is only a half block from the water.

    Really spacious and modern apartment, with great dining and living spaces. The staff were very friendly and you could rent bikes, motorbikes etc from the hotel. In a really good location (~5/10 minutes to the main station and to the Cathedral). A supermarket next door if you want to cook, and the main market ~5 minutes away. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
