The host was very nice and gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location was great, the room was clean and spacious, and well designed. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with a balcony with a stunning view to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a great location. Everything is very clean and neat. A wonderful option to stay with friends. Very close to the train station and main attractions. In case the arrival is planned before check-in, it is possible to leave the luggage in the lockers on the 1st floor after contacting the owner.

It was very clean and hygienic. bright apartment that gave you a nice feeling with everything new. It had a nice kitchenette, a private room and well maintained toilet. The sofa cum bed had a good design. when we opened the bed it was already made up and ready to use.

I can currently rate this property at 9.9/10.  In general, the house has been overhauled and everything new has been installed.  There is an elevator.  Everything that is in the description corresponds to reality.  It was nice to spend time there like at home.  Shower, toilet, air conditioner, electric kettle, etc. - functions as it should.  The area is normal, it was quite quiet at night.  The entrance to the house and the apartment is keyless, which is very convenient.  In general, only positive emotions.  When I come to Málaga again, I will book a room here (of course, if the prices do not rise too much).  The only thing I didn't like a little is the lack of a closet or shelves.  Yes, of course there are several hangers for clothes, but it is difficult to organize everything in this way.  It would be nice to have a chest of drawers or a small closet so that you don't make a mess in the room with your things (because some people can come with a whole suitcase of things and they will be hung all over the room and on all the chairs).  I think it would be enough to have at least the simplest one, which does not have a door, but such simple shelves made of empty squares, which are used, for example, as bookshelves, they have different shapes and sizes.  I think it would be convenient.  This is just advice for the owner and in no way a claim.  And one more piece of advice, this applies only to rooms with stairs to the upper floor, I think it is worth providing the metal corners of the stairs with some soft overlays, or at least paint them with yellow or fluorescent paint, or stick some light-accumulating stickers... I think so will be safer and less likely to hit your head.  This is just a tip for the homeowner.  My stay in this house was wonderful.

Booked the apartment last minute on the same day, still everything went very smoothly, apartment was nicely prepared and all instructions were very clear. Apartment itself was super nice, even sleeping on the living room couch was comfortable. We stayed only for one night but it would also be a good place to stay for a longer period.

    Our second visit - love this cute studio ! Very friendly welcome into a super clean studio apartment with a private balcony. A great design and layout with plenty of room all around , a wardrobe, enclosed toilet and shower room, plenty of hot water, kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, pots and pans, coffee, tea sugar, everything you could need for a short stay but the studio is so well situated you have many cafes and restaurants right outside the door! We have every intention of returning again!

Lovely internal patio retaining the essence of the original palacio. Within easy walking distance of the main areas old Malaga and shops.     The apartments are about 5mins walk from Málaga Central station, which is only a 15min train ride from the airport. We booked a studio flat which was very clean and comfortable with toiletries, a fridge, kettle and iron in the room (including a box of coffee and tea selections). The staff (Paula in particular) were also very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting the city.
