Good apartment location close to the small local beach, some small shop and restaurant around. Apartment is on 4th floor so the view is very nice. There is an elevator in the building and a planty of free parking spots on the street. There is a bus stop close by as well. Apartment was well equipped, comfy and clean. Our host was very responsive and let me keep my bicycle in the apartment which was very convenient.

It was lovely, clean flat. Everything what we needed it was there. Fully equipped kitchen, even some salt/pepper and other herbs were there. Owner welcomed us with wine and fruits on the table, Additionally there was a bottle of water in the fridge and one beer. Amazing! Quiet, good place. There is parking outside. We truly enjoyed the place, contact with owner was very easy. Truly recommend.

Our stay at Casa Kores was short, but we had a great time. The owner welcomed us with homemade cookies (so delicious!), a bottle of wine, and some beer. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, and the apartment is stocked with things you usually forget to bring or don’t buy on vacation, like spices, coffee creamer, or laundry detergent – it’s all there! Amazing. We’ve never been hosted so well. The location is perfect as a base for exploring, but there’s not much happening nearby, so having a car is a good idea. The nearby town of Icod looks close on the map, but in reality, the steep elevation makes it quite challenging. However, with a car, you can easily reach many beautiful spots in northern Tenerife. On weekends, there’s a local farmers’ market nearby – make sure to visit and buy some fresh fruits and cheeses! This doesn’t feel like a typical Airbnb; it feels like visiting your aunt’s house in Tenerife.

    It was a very cozy, comfortable and peaceful studio flat with a lovely balcony to the sea. This balcony was very special, making the flat stand out. When we arrived it was 11 at night, very late but the owner’s friend, Olga, hosted us very kindly. We just loved this place as it was so relaxing.

    The location of the property is amazing - just press the ground floor button of the elevator and you are at San Marcos beach, our favorite one at Tenerife. The windows of the apartment face the ocean and the constant sound of the waves is very relaxing. The apartment is a small cozy studio equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation - even some beach supplies, which came very handy for someone whose luggage got delayed :) The host is a sweetheart - always quick to response, friendly and welcoming.

    Very nice and modern apartment, very well equipped and designed, there is thought for every little detail that might be needed during the stay. There is a shopping center in the same house downstairs and the whole complex is fancy. It is not noisy because of the shopping center, in the evening they even close the whole public territory under windows and nights are very quiet. The location is excellent, in the city center near bus station, shopping streets and sightseeings.
