The view from that apartment is really superb!! The security of the building is great. The gym is not very big but it has pretty much all you need for a good workout and the machines are well looked after, the equipment seems pretty new. The pool area is nice too. You have many shops around the immediate area of the building. Bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, we never felt hot inside the flat. Very good value for money!!

This is a very charming little block of approximately 12-16 apartments. The hosts are superb, always keen to help. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, at the extreme end of Punta Negra (look at a map). The beach is very near, down a quiet steep road (there are 2 choices) and then about 100 steps. At high tide, there is no beach!!! But if you wish tranquillity, a little bit away from the busy Punta Negra strip, this is it. The equipment provided, for the kitchen area is very good. The gas hob ignites, with button-press for a spark, but just in case, there was a box of matches provided. Internet was very good, too.

    Mr. Yves was very friendly and responsive. We communicated a small problem in the toilet and he immediately called the technician to fix it. The apartment and building are very safe. The garage is easy to drive and parking in. Very good location, walking distance to restaurants, bakery and the beach.

    Alan is an excellent host, he speaks fluent English and explains everything in clear terms, regarding the local area, food, nightlife, beaches, supermarkets. He was always available on WhatsApp. The doormen in the block are relaxed, helpful and friendly. The apartment is well located, safe area, clean and was a perfect introduction place to stay for my first time in Natal.

    I feel so lucky to have found Habana Beach flat instead of staying in a hotel in the center of the tourist district. This is a small apartment with a fantastic view and only about 50 steps to the beach with direct access from the building. The apartment was cute and clean with a kitchenette (no oven but full stove and microwave). A/C in the bedroom. The deck was where I spent most of my time with its great view of the entire bay
