Amazing stay off the beaten track surrounded by nature. The staff are amazing and are at your service. Food at the restaurant was the best we had in Mexico.

Atelier Playa Mujeres- Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort is offering accommodation in Playa Mujeres, With free WiFi, this 5-star resort offers a private beach area and a 24-hour front desk. Simply phenomenal! Me and my family have just spent 12 days in Ateliér Playa Mujeres and our rating of the resort is easily 11/10. Rooms are extremelly large and spacious, even the bathrooms. They have great amenities even mouthwash and different Molton Braun product. All of the staff was EXTREMELLY friendly, helpful and kind. Above all was Carles who we met at the relaxing pool and later on at the Beach. He made sure that everyone had a great time, brought us towels and really cares about our experience. Orlando at the check in area was beyond helpful and even change our room from one king size to two queens. Pleasure to work with! Completely separate chapter is the food - simply delicious- there are more than 12 restaurants that you can choose and go to. Steak house Los Abrazos with the waiter Juan and even Angel was our favorite! Second favorite was the italian restaurant. Overall, we are extremelly happy to be able to spend almost 2 weeks at this exceptional resort. We hope to be back soon! Many Thanks from our family to all of the staff at Ateliér Playa Mujeres who made sure that our Christmas was one that we wont forget!!

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.
