Great location not so far from center, very nice and clean rooms with modern furniture and all necessary facilities. Very friendly staff always willing to help you, reception helped us with our request. Restaurant manager and his staff making your stay next to the pool during the day very comfortable by assisting in any request you may have. Food is worth trying at least once during your stay, very tasty and good value for money... For sure we will stay again soon. Really recommended 👌

I had the pleasure of staying at Costa Maya Hotel, and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location was absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from the port and all the major tourist attractions that the city has to offer. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the beautiful boho decor and attention to detail. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit and I have to say, it was a truly comfortable experience, especially during the summer months. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. But what really set this hotel apart was the pool area and bar. The pool was stunning - clean, refreshing, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The bar was also fantastic, serving up delicious cocktails and snacks throughout the day and evening. The breakfast spread was expansive and included everything from freshly baked pastries and bread, to a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, to hot breakfast dishes such as eggs and sausages. Additionally, there was a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereals available, making it easy to find something for everyone. The quality of the food was top-notch. Everything tasted freshly prepared and of very high quality. The service was also impeccable, with friendly staff who were prompt in clearing tables and replenishing dishes as needed. Overall, I could not recommend Costa Maya Hotel enough. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and centrally located stay in the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to exceed all of your expectations.

The hotel was exceptional... The staff are very welcoming, the rooms were very clean and the smell of the whole resort is always refreshing and clean... The room service is very good as well... The swimming pool and sea view from our room was outstanding... The real deal is the all-inclusive package... The breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good, and the 24-hour bar is amazing... The beach is very nice and clean, so are the swimming pools, and every night there are activities always at the beach bar so you never get bored... There are also activities during the whole day which is very pleasant...

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We felt at home. Everything was cozy and clean. I'm glad we came to this hotel. And also I wanna thank Şeyda and the other personalities.

This resort is one of the best that I have stayed ever. We were there for 5 days and had amazing time. Staff were very welcoming and accommodated to our little request without any hesitation.. Definitely looking to go back again..

The Hotel is amazing and the staff are outstanding.The room are spacious and clean. The entertainment team with Sophia, Soner and Cengizhan were amazing, loved playing Darts, Polo and going to the club also the waiter Ozkan and Ibrahim at the restaurant have been incredible and Fatima at the Paradiso bar has been a delight
