One of the best Holidays experience for me and my husband. The staff of the hotel are really professional and so friendly, always smiling and always doing everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get everything you need. Really beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and very well located, close walking distance from everything and in a great quiet area. The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Thank you to the General Manager of The Ramira Joy Hotel and all his employees because they are really working hard to give you the best you can get during your Holidays in Alanya.

Food was lovely. Great choices. Could be hotter but people did not close the lids after serving themselves which didn’t help. Staff were brilliant especially Mehmet who seemed to be everywhere! Had fab meal in the A La Carte Restaurant for partner’s 70th birthday and the staff decorated the table, baked a special cake and sang Happy Birthday and hotel gave a gift. Lovely experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a day of exploring. The facilities were perfect for a family, with plenty of activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The value for your money is excellent here. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and even upgraded my room to a family level. The hotel has three swimming pools: a large one for adults, a smaller one with aqua attractions for children, and a tranquil new pool designated for seniors. Although the grounds are somewhat compact, there are plenty of cozy spots to relax, ranging from terraces to a new fitness center. The food is satisfactory, and the hotel features a new Italian restaurant, a BBQ, the main restaurant, and provides complimentary ice cream alongside two bars (local alcohol is free, but imported drinks have an additional cost).

All meals were exceptional standard. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Enes at check-in went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our rooms. He was amazing. Selma in the dining room also went above and beyond. Ozzy and Jafer at the bar were always smiling and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
