The hotel is lovely! The design, the idea, the rooms with the jacuzzi and the pools, the food, the service, everything is amazing. Lovely and rich breakfast. But really….A big applause to the staff, they were all so kindhearted and friendly, wonderful and smiley, even when working in high temperatures and long hours. A lovely hotel- good location. I'd recommend it. I like that there was a "quiet" pool on the roof, away from the hustle and bustle of the main pool. Very clean. Front of house staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. There was a range of delicious food- we were half board and i was happy with both daily breakfasts and dinners.

Perfect and very friendly staff (special mention for the maitre Fotis), nice location, stylish restaurant and pool area, quality buffet breakfast and dinner. Had upgrade to a magnificent room with mini pool. Everything I needed was supplied by the staff. Really excellent stay, a full 10.

Family rooms accomodating 5 are rare to find. This was a big bonus. The facilities, food and staff were exceptional. The water park made our stay so much fun!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. A special thank you to Maria, Giorgios, Nikos and the whole reception team, who were always attentive, warm, and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, promptly addressed all our requests, and even surprised us with thoughtful gestures that truly elevated our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We could have easily stayed longer than two weeks, time truly flew by in such a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every meal a pleasure. The food was of very high quality, and each of the five restaurants offered something unique and delicious. The breakfast buffet was particularly generous, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. We also really enjoyed our treatments at the hotel spa, a peaceful and relaxing experience that added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. A big thank you to Miranda, the spa manager, for her kindness and the little extras that made us feel special. What made this stay truly memorable was not just the beautiful setting and facilities, but the people who made us feel at home. On our 12 night tour across Crete we spent 2 nights at Stella Blue to explore the Heraklion area. It's a very nice 4* hotel, everything is as described in the advertisment, the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive at the guest's satisfaction, the food meets the 4* category. If you are looking for a place to relax, eat and drink it's the right place for you, very good value for money and we will gladly return. I would recommend it for couples and groups of friends.
