The hotel complex is located at the bottom of a mountain with spectacular views. The hotel has a German focus. Very family friendly with lots of facilities and entertainment for children. The staff was very nice and helped us every time we had a question or request. The food was tasty, varied and good quality. We also particularly enjoyed the Smokey Grill A La Carte Restaurant's food.

The all-inclusive 4-star Mitsis Family Village is just 200 metres from the beach of Kardamena. Umbrellas and loungers are offered both by the 2 outdoor pools and on the beach.

The receptionist, Thomas, was exceptionally helpful, he organised our taxi for the morning and our breakfast, and made sure that we had a room with a wonderful view and close to the reception and the restaurant. We couldn’t have asked for much more. The hotel is in a very convenient spot close to Mastrachi port and only a quick taxi ride away from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an excellent hotel next to the beach and close to the airport. We will use this hotel again on our regular trips from Leros to Barcelona.

It was the 6th time we've visited the hotel and like always everything is PERFECT!! Because we've visited the hotel so many times, they gave us an upgraded room with sea view and with 2 seperated bedrooms, without even asking. The food is absolutly fantastic and also the main bar is very joyful!! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! In one word: FABULOUS!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! See you next year!!
