All-Inclusive Stays in Marsa Alam City

Thank you for a great accommodation, the hotel is great, the staff is excellent. A big thank you to the Haythams from reception. It was a big surprise for my son a birthday cake prepared in the room and a great show for his birthday at dinner. A great experience for him. I definitely recommend this hotel. I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were doing their best. Great choice of meals . Everything fresh and tasty. Also good quality food products, which is not so obvious in hotels. Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight, exceeding all expectations and leaving me with a truly beautiful and heartfelt experience, From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. We especially want to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed helal, whose kindness and helpfulness significantly enhanced our stay. His genuine care and willingness to assist with every request made us feel truly valued and welcomed. It is individuals like Mr. Mohamed who elevate a good hotel to an exceptional one, and we are deeply thankful for his contributions to our memorable visit.

Everything, starting from amazing reception, food. Pools. Beaches and great kind staff of the resort. The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay

I found this place by accident and it was absolute heaven! The beach by the bay is just paradise, the whole place is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The bed & shower were perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the setting of this hotel in its extensive and beautiful grounds. Such lovely gardens, and so many birds to watch - it was perfect. As was the service from the staff, - they managed to locate my Ipad which I had lost en route from Gatwick, and thanks to Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, assisted by Peter and Khaled at Reception, it was found at Marsa Alam Airport. Help too from Ahmed, the Lifeguard who took me snorkelling, and showed me a turtle I would never have noticed otherwise. The beach is a lovely sandy sheltered bay so you can snorkel directly from there or via a short bridge close to the Royal, and the reef itself does not disappoint. There is also a small heated pool in a walled setting, and is sheltered from the wind, so necessary in the winter months. The Restaurant was good too.
