The location is perfect since it is within walking distance to the airport terminals. When I checked in, the receptionist was very polite, cheerful and welcoming. I was pleased to be given a room with the most beautiful views of Johannesburg just as I had requested prior to my arrival. The room was excellent and had everything an international traveler would need (including different types of sockets to charge mobile phones or shaving machines). When I checked out, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that one of the hotel staff (a young porter) carried my luggage and walked with me to Terminal B. A truly wonderful experience!

Nice for overnight stay close to the airport. I arrived quite late and was picked up with no problems and was immediately taken to my room. I had forgotten to ask what time breakfast ends and came 10 minutes after the finish time, but the lady from the kitchen waas very kind to quickly make me some scrambled eggs and what's left of the breakfast items. Check in/check out was a breeze, payment at the property was very convenient, and the shuttle back to the airport runs every hour.

Very nice and polite staff, they also provide free transport every hour from and to the airport and breakfast, highly recommended .

Airport Inn offers a free shuttle service to and from OR Tambo International Airport, 4 km away. The staff were friendly and very helpful The shuttle service was awesome. They went out of their way to help us.

The concierge was amazing Love More is a great guy we didnt make it back to the hotel one night because we drove to far away and we decided to get a room at a different hotel for the night because it was too late to come back and when we came back he said he was really worried for us and was waiting one more hour before he did a missing persons report that made us feel so loved and what an amazing service he actually knew who we were and that made us feel at home away from home what a great guy
