Convenient to area motorways and less than 5 km from San Francisco International Airport, this hotel in San Bruno offers convenient services and amenities within walking distance of restaurants and... Friendly, helpful, honest staff. I left my iPad in my room and only noticed 3 days later when I was flying home. I got in touch - they had tried to call me, they told me how to arrange delivery, I followed their instructions and I had my iPad back in three days - great service 24 hour reception - our flight kept getting moved later and later, then we were rebooked on another flight, we were happy we could check in anytime The room was a bit more expensive than some in the same area, but I liked to look of it, so I booked - it was very clean and well equipped (for a hotel room). It was a very comfortable stay - checkout was 11am - most other places we stayed on that trip were 10am - the extra hour made a difference after the day before's delays

By the way, I loved the bed cover (top sheet) which I feel makes the bed look even so clean - I so wish my trip was longer. The nice sitting space was like a reading nook I'd love to just sit in to relax! Great food at the breakfast buffet and the lady, F&B waitress was super warm and efficient that no matter how busy she was - she welcomed everyone as they arrived at the restaurant. - there's no slippers and the Front Office agent politely said too that they aren't providing... but that didn't bother me at all. Just ensure to carry a pair whenever you plan to stay there.
