Featuring a free 24-hour shuttle to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, just 4 miles away, this motel offers rooms with free WiFi. Phoenix city centre is 5 minutes' drive away. Everything was clean and nice. Staff upon late arrival was very sweet and informing. Extra plus that they had the free airport shuttle 24/7. Room was modern and had everything needed. Pool was very nice also and the breakfast had decent and various options.

Very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean, we arrived late after our 5 days of hiking / rafting in the Grand Canyon and despite the fact that their restaurant was closing for the day the chef offered to make us a nice salad with grilled chicken since all of us were starving. Shuttle bus service was on time and very frequent.

The room was nice, receptionist was nice. It's close to the airport. I can't say anything about the area, because I didn't left the hotel because I was there just for one night. TV works fine, everything was clean. Service was nice too. In reception they have coffe.

Hotell pakub tasuta transporditeenust Phoenix Sky Harbori lennujaamast, mis on 4,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran ja lounge. Kõikides tubades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. I didnt eat breakfast. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.
