I certainly agree with everything during my stay. The only disagree with the taxi at the airport. I think its was my first time and I need to understand and familiarize with transportation and ways around the area. But for the morning to the end of the day certainly perfect and well prepared by the crews and everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your generosity.

The property was very spacious, comfortable beds and all the amenities that it provides in the description. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcoming. We had access to nearby transportation, restaurants and city attractions. The owner was very attentive and immediately answered any of our questions. We hope to stay at this property next time. staff is good and the room is really comfortable. if breakfast has more options that will be more presentable for guest .Only one thing i notice i have asked for a hotel taxi and they mentioned one price but when i reached the destination and price is increased and the driver told me there is hidden tips for Taxi callers. I think this should be checked. This happen several times .

Just keep in mind that this area has a lot of factories and at night is very very dark. I grew up in New York City and I did not realize that area is in Queens could be this dark. And the streets are very narrow if you are driving literally two-way streets should really be a one-way Street.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.

Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens.
Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens. Family area with many wonderful parks and interesting streets. The population is quite diverse and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area that make shopping convenient. Safe neighborhood.

We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner were closed even though we were told the day before they were open and the pool wasn’t open until after 3pm. We had an afternoon flight so couldn’t us it. It is in Chinatown so there were restaurants and we were lucky that we had one breakfast restaurant near by but we booked it specifically for those reasons so very dissatisfied
