The hotel was very clean and new. The breakfast was really good, lots of options, and the staff accommodated some special dietary needs with a smile. The staff was so attentive. I liked the diversity of the staff. I came for my brother's funeral and also had a birthday while there. The staff showed empathy and even sent a treat to our room. I used fitness center every morning and was able to do my laundry before leaving. There is food available in lobby. Location and shuttle service to and from JFK was extremely helpful.
