Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia, who made my day with her outstanding smile and professional-cordial ways!! After that, it just had to be a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the hotel! My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway, good minibar and coffee-maker. Water kettle was available upon request. The hotel is very easy to find, right by Terminal D and the perfect place, if you are catching an early flight. Or - if you are catching a flight in the evening - you can leave your luggage at the hotel, explore Dallas during the day and pick up your luggage later. Thanks Hyatt!

There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. Located 18 miles from Dallas city centre, this hotel is just 3 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub. Everything was "no problem." The night clerk was warm and friendly. The room was spotless. The gym was posted as closed at 9 p.m., but at midnight, he said, "Go ahead. Use your room key." Taxi was there at the stroke of 7:30, as requested. For a hurried stop, it was as relaxed as could be! And, the price was right!
