Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.
