Excellent location for staying to go up to see the sunrise, but l can imagine it would be good to stay longer for long walks to see the surroundings properly, we only had a day unfortunately. Staff and the owner were great very welcoming and the chef was so accommodating for me and my husband's dietary requirements 😃👍 hope to come back in the future to see how the owner will develop the place, still work in progress but we had everything we need. Great views from the balconies.

Offering a barbecue and children's playground, Nemrut Dağı Işik Pansi̇on is set into the mountainside of Nemrut in the South Eastern Anatolia Region. We were contacted a few times by teh hotel before we arrived, giving advice about how to find the place (easy) and about the weather conditions up on the mountain. Ahmet, the owner's son was a great host and he got his friend Ahmet to guide us up to the mountain in the snow, which we would not have managed without him. They made a tasty dinner of chicken and salad in the evening and rovided us with a hearty breakfast in the morning.

Great location very close to Mount Nemrut. We wished that we had stayed another night - think about staying longer as there is more to see in the area than just Mount Nemrut and it's a wonderful area. The hotel is traditional stone, has the most amazing view and a lovely relaxing vibe. The pool is inviting and super clean - shower was great, air con and the coldest refrigerator we'd had during our trip. Our room was 3 times the size of other hotels we stayed in and exceptional value. The owner spoke good English and gave us some interesting history and insight into the area. Dinner was really nice with wine and beer, the chef cooked us some delightful chicken and fresh eggs for breakfast. Our stay was a highlight for us.

Really convenient for access to the summit, this side of the mountain is much less developed than the other and feels remote. We were the first to stay this year as the snow plough had only cleared the road the day before.
