We spent only one night at this accommodation but nevertheless it was a wonderful experience. My favorite part was that the place was very relaxed, quiet, peaceful, with little to no traffic around, which is the case in most of Thailand. House that we rented was spotlessly clean, with all important amenities (fridge, kettle, two airmchairs). It was also modern and well sealed so there were no lizards, cockroaches or any other animals entering. Take your time to chill in a cute, European inspired Baroque garden. There is a cafe with good cakes and drinks. They also serve delicious food. We tried makarel soup, fried crab, salmon and everything was good. Just make sure not to bite through chili that is floating in the soup as it's extremely spicy. In general I highly recommend to stay there, especially if you want to relax and unwind.

The Wiman Andaman has completely new comfortable bungalows right next to the beach, with breathtaking sunsets. The owner Mr. Daeng is a very very hearty person who will do everything so that his guests have everything they need and feel at home. He opened the place only couple of weeks ago and is working very hard to make it a paradise for everyone. He can book your ferry tickets, organize fishing trips on his boat and he rents a couple of scooters. Be prepared that on Ko Chang island nobody speaks much english so have your google translator ready... We are coming to Thailand regularly for the last 15 years and Wiman Andaman is definitely a place to come back. We loved it!

Meals on offer were great - pay by donation. The people were the main thing that made this place great. The sunsets over the sea were incredible.

Thailand as it once was. Basic though, but it has to be so to perfectly fit in the surroundings.
