Most places are within an hour range. I had lot of fun and great moments. I'll come again.

I had meetings at Ljubljana Airport and this is the best place to stay that is very close to the airport. It is a small hotel with an excellent restaurant! The facilities are very clean and well maintained! The rooms are ok. I got a room with two small bedrooms (2 single + 1 single bed) which is the only minus for someone that is used to a big bed. The surroundings are extremely quiet and there is nothing around the hotel but family houses. The only noise is the small river passing just next to the hotel and the church bell which is ringing at 7am... ;)

Featuring mountain views, Rooms & Apartments Jana features accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace, around 23 km from Ljubljana Train Station. Pretty neighborhood, very relaxing, with mountins view. The host is friendly. The refreshments fridge is the biggest plus.

Jagodic Garni Hotel is located in the village of Vopovlje, 3 km from the airport and 18km from the city of Ljubljana. Perfect, cozy, heartwarming. The staff was very kind and helpful. We felt right at home.
