Beautiful property with charming hosts. Excellent breakfast.
Jess was happy to give us any help and information needed and I was able to use her laundry facilities.

The artist’s house is a very inspirational place to be. Never have we felt so honoured by a host. We stayed together with two other couples, given that this is a large house we felt a lot of privacy. Sharing stories around the fireplace gave even more depth to our stay. A sauna was recently added to the well furnished house.
Breakfast could be arranged, a real treat. Nothing was too much for our host. Her presence created a positive atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and welcome.

:) a good random find to be honest.
1. I liked that it wasnt in wanaka itself, away from the crowd.
2. Theres 4square and a cafe nearby. Convenient.

4. Rooms are quite spacious. The decor is well thought out- ample headspace for both the top and bottom bunks.i like that there is space at the bed ends for the bags and love that there are 2 shoe holes at the bottom of each bunks!
:) the duvet is really warm and comfy!
5. Shared spaces - Kitchen, Dining and Living spaces. Huge place. Warm. Kitchen is very well-equipped and they steam-sanitise the dishes and all in the morning. Gives a very safe and clean vibe.
6. Loads to do within the space. Has a small library for the adults and kids! Has board games and a piano too!
7. Bathrooms.. bathing area and toilets separated. Great!
I appreciate that they encourage water-saving too.
The owners were very nice and friendly. Loved my time there.
Would head back the next time.
