We definitely wished we had booked more than one night here! The host was wonderful, and his adorable dog, Kuri, made our stay even better. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed – and most importantly, it had character. If you manage to find the entrance on your first try, you might just be Sherlock Holmes ;) Overall, a fantastic stay – not a luxury hotel, but a place with real soul. There’s WiFi, a shower, a kettle, and everything you need for a cozy getaway.

Lavender Row Farm, a property with a garden, is set in Outram, 22 km from Taieri Gorge Railway, 22 km from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum, as well as 22 km from Otago Museum. The house was modern & clean, very cosy & had great facilities that would be fine for a longer stay (full kitchen, laundry etc). There was a good amount of room and the kids enjoyed running round out in the lavender. Breakfast was fabulous - the kids were amazed by the home made bread - we felt very spoilt. The fire kept us warm and toasty on a chilly night.

Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

I can confidently say that the landlady in New Zealand is not only incredibly beautiful but also has the kindest heart. Her warmth and hospitality truly set her apart. The house she rents out is ideally situated just a short distance from the beach. A leisurely stroll to the shore takes merely about 10 to 15 minutes, and from the comfort of the house, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach and the gently rolling ocean waves stretching out into the distance. The house itself is a gem. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Every corner is spotlessly clean and neatly arranged, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. In the backyard, there's a charming farm where various animals roam freely. Lambs, in particular, add a touch of pastoral charm as they frolic around. The landlady goes the extra mile by providing complementary food, allowing you to engage in the delightful activity of feeding these adorable creatures. For added convenience, washing machines and fryers are available for shared use with the family. What's more, the thoughtful design and layout of the house are extremely child-friendly, with an abundance of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. During my two-night stay, the landlady was an absolute delight. Her kindness and hospitality made me feel right at home, and she generously shared many interesting stories and local insights with me. Looking back, I feel a deep sense of pride and contentment for having had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful place. It's truly an experience I will cherish for a long time.

Set on 5-acres of picturesque grounds, Longbourne Lodge Motel is a 3-minute drive from Mosgiel Town Centre. beautiful location, great accommodation. the owners are so friendly and helpful. have stayed here several times, and it is always a great experience. Watching the baby bunnies playing on the lawn were an added bonus
