Located in the Satellite Building at KLIA Terminal 1, Sama-Sama Express KLIA Terminal 1- Airside Transit Hotel is a transit hotel offering comfortable rooms with free WiFi for short periods. Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I had a medical emergency and the staff were quick to react and went far and beyond what I expected, very grateful especially to Eric who escorted us to the clinic.

Great option in case you are flying via transit and have some time to take a rest. We had a 10 hour layover, 5 of which we slept in comfort. You don't have to leave transit zone and can easily get hotel.

The location was great and near the airport. The hotel provided us free shuttle service to the airport bus station to catch the bus to Melaka in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with Malay, Chinese, and Western cuisine. The staff were nice and delivered extra bottles of water to our room when we asked. It was a nice surprise to discover the facilities have only one level and surrounded by vegetation. There were vending machines selling drinks and goodies and a drinking water fountain in each block of hotel rooms.

I really enjoed the desine of the room - very futuristic. Also it was clean and cozy, I expected much worse conditions. Can't tell something about bathroom and breakfast, but the rest part is really good. Thank you for your fast service, can recommend this place for one-two nights!

Best transit hotel I’ve stayed in. Great amenities (even had a fully equipped gym), complimentary tea and coffee (loved the teh tarik). Bed was soooo comfortable to sleep in after a long flight. Perfect for a long transit, wish i could have stayed longer!
