This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.

Pleasant and helpful team, prompt and professional. Took record of my requests and managed to deliver upon my expectations. Shuttle from and to airport was an added value and made me decide to stay there, and it was extremely punctual. Hotel room is very basic - nothing fancy to expect just the necessary. Quality of amenities inside room (shampoo and shower gel) was also good
