Requested for a late check out, they upgraded my room with a late check out to suit my flight departure. Friendly staff and all understood English. Highly recommend.

The room was comfortable with amenities that made it much better. The fact of having a convenience store at the lobby, with reasonable prices, was a plus. Self check in was very easy and quick. I also liked the fact that it really seems that they care for the environment.

Situated a 10-minute drive from Narita Airport, Marroad International Hotel Narita offers free airport shuttles. The airport and air crafts can be viewed from some rooms and top-floor restaurants. Great hotel near Narita Airport - I wish I could stay there longer. The room was just perfect - there is a regular Daily shop near the lobby. Breakfast was fantastic - luckily they serve it from 6:00 so you can have it when your flight is not too early. There is a FREE shuttle service from and to the Narita airport - but beaware of the schedule - it is completely diffrent from the one on the website. Generally I recommend this hotel to everybody!
