What an absolute gem! Den is a fantastic and kind host that will make you feel home. I can recommend his place 100%. The staff was kind enough to suffer through my bad Japanese and speaks English very well. Don't miss out on the delicious beer!

The breakfast, as others have said, is very exceptional (seafood based so not vegetarian). I guess the host was a chef or something of the sort for 30 years. The facilities were clean, and there were no problems. It was a convenient location for us because there were fireworks nearby on the night of our stay.

Located in Mitsuhama, 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine, 三津ミーツ provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Nice small well orgznized ryokan with tatami setup at the room. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with access to many nearby groceries like Lamu which operate 24hrs, and many other restaurants. Closer to the harbor seaside with short walking distance. The owner is really a nice lady which provided us lots of guidance to explore the nearby attraction places. Will certainly visit this place for a longer period in the near future!

Hotell Fine Garden Matsuyama asub JR Mitsuhama raudteejaamast 5-minutilise taksosõidu ja Matsuyama lossist 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The hotel provides lots of toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning.

Kominka Mitsuhama Ryokan asub Matsuyamas Minatomishimadaimyo pühamu lähedal. Kohapeal on vabaõhuvann ja aed. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Katsuhiro's Ryokan is absolutely one of the nicest places I've been and nicest host I've met. The pictures speak for themselves absolutely gorgeous rooms with an Indonesian flair. Beautiful gardens with Koi. Katushiro was so gracious and took great care of myself and friends. Will definitely stay again.

Set 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine and 3.9 km from Taisanji Temple in Matsuyama, 旧鈴木邸 女性専用 offers accommodation with a kitchenette. The place was lovely. It was like stepping back in time. The host, Maiyu, and her husband were super friendly. They own a cafe downstairs where she serves very delicious traditional dessert. The town itself was lovely as well. It's traditional bedding (so futon on the floor) and even though there was no AC at night, the cross breeze from some of the open windows, as well as the fans, made the room surprisingly cool. No mosquitos either!

Hotell Sunroute Matsuyama asub JR Matsuyama jaamast vaid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu ja Matsuyama lossist 10-minutilise trammisõidu kaugusel. Stayed in the hotel as part of a solo walking henro trip. Everything was good with this hotel stay- room ws fine, clean and comfortable. Location near the Matsyama JR station was convinient. As with other hotels had to wait till the checkin time so was able to leave my backpack and walk around the area. When I returned they have already moved my backpack to the room (nice).

Just a minute’s walk from JR Matsuyama Station, Terminal Hotel Matsuyama houses a restaurant and offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free bicycle rentals are provided. Staff, location and cleanliness were 100%! Couldn't ask for more, had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. Grateful for the discount to the super sento (bath) across the road too.
