This man absolutely ASTONISHED us - the level of care and expertise he displayed when preparing our food was 10/10. He was a very sweet guy and he absolutely LOVED to cook. I am not exaggerating that after 9 days in Italy, the best pasta we had was right here, prepared lovingly by Fabio.
