So expect to walk about 30 minutes before you reach the center. With a standard, European breakfast, and friendly English speaking staff, there was nothing to complain about.

SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury, HG-17071 is a recently renovated apartment in Reykjavík, near Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach. The stay here was incredible! Located in a seaside neighbourhood with gorgeous seaside “beach houses” with nice architecture, this stay was a lovely location, with a seaside path in the backyard that is a lovely walk on the ocean. The apartment itself is a basement unit that was so incredibly well appointed, with so many extras and high end amenities. The pictures shared by the host are so accurate and the bathroom is incredible with a large soaker tub. Edda, the host, was helpful and so quick to respond to our questions. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat, what a gem!

This budget hotel is 328 feet from Reykjavik's BSI Bus Terminal, the arrival/departure point for Keflavík International Airport buses. It offers free WiFi and parking. I recently stayed here, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The location is ideal—just a short walk from the main bus station, making airport transfers and tours incredibly convenient. At the same time, the city center is only a 10-minute stroll away, so exploring the shops, restaurants, and attractions was effortless. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and cozy. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to offer recommendations or assist with any requests.

Everything is very reasonably done, only repainting the showers in dark gray was superfluous in my opinion :) But in general - very comfortable and clean like at home! In addition, Perlan, located nearby, is something amazing!

This family-run guest house, 1640 feet from Reykjavik Bus Terminal, is a 45-minute bus ride from Keflavik International Airport. The two brother owners were very helpful and hospitable. The location was excellent. Room always warm and breakfast was good and super cheap. Very clean and well furnished and lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.
