I liked the 2 duvets instead of one big one on the bed. Bed was very comfortable. Room was comfortable large and clean. Shower was wonderful with hot water and water pressure. Dining facilities were great with wide choices on menu. Bar menu and buffet were excellent. Staff were responsive and professional. Spa was very relaxing and clean

Modern Luxury Apartment Downtown is located in the Reykjavík 101 district of Reykjavík, 1.4 km from Hallgrímskirkja Church, less than 1 km from The Pearl and 2.6 km from Solfar Sun Voyager. A beautiful and clean apartment with all the amenities for a short stay. A full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The beach is a short walk through the trail and there is a shop right in the corner that's open until midnight for any late night needs. I was able to find a parking spot close to the building every night during our stay. I was a little worried about noise due to its proximity to the domestic airport but that turned out to be a complete nonissue. The owner was great and made sure we really enjoyed our time in Reykjavik.

The property was impeccably clean, beautifully & very tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to the smallest details, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated near Reykjavik (10mins drive) and was a great location to kickstart all our sighting tours/drive to the Golden Circle, and the other parts of southern of Iceland. One of the highlights was the spacious bathroom, which was a real luxury—plenty of room to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen island was another standout feature, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights and woke up refreshed and to a great view each morning. Free parking, with it's close proximity to our stay is a huge bonus. Edda, our host, is the most gracious and generous person ever. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and yet provided us with all the privacy we needed. We could not ask for anything more. This budget hotel is 100 metres from Reykjavik's BSI Bus Terminal, the arrival/departure point for Keflavík International Airport buses. It offers free WiFi and parking. I recently stayed here, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The location is ideal—just a short walk from the main bus station, making airport transfers and tours incredibly convenient. At the same time, the city center is only a 10-minute stroll away, so exploring the shops, restaurants, and attractions was effortless. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and cozy. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to offer recommendations or assist with any requests.
