Built in 1793, Carrygerry is a charming country house on Ireland’s scenic County Clare Coast. Great dinner, lovely location, wish we had stayed more than a quick overnight.

With that said, I would recommend having your own transportation; however, I am not sure that its entirely necessary.

Treacys Oakwood Hotel, Shannon is located in the heart of Shannon’s town centre, next to the Skycourt shopping centre and only 5.1 km drive from the Shannon Airport. It was very spacious yet cozy and quaint. Brian and Ona were very pleasant and had genuine smiles.

Cosy Room is set in Shannon, 19 km from Thomond Park, 20 km from King John's Castle, and 20 km from The Hunt Museum. We were able to use the whole apartment which was nice, it was very clean and comfortable and a great location. The host was very nice and helpful.

Located in Shannon and only 6.7 km from Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Balally House provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was awesome! House, room, breakfast, owners was the best! We enjoyed every second of being there ❤️

The Shannon Springs Hotel is situated between the historic towns of Ennis and Limerick and offers 71 bedrooms equipped with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very nice place to relax, quiet room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast, food for lunch and dinner so good. Live music. I like the 2 nights I stayed there.was nice decorated for Xmas.
