The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to the airport. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided a late checkout at no cost to coincide with my departure flight and also provided power adapters.

Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodation a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport. Fast booking; check-in was a breeze. Though our 2nd room was not available during check-in time but they gave us an extension to check-out the following day. The front desk and customer service personnel were very accommodating (Mr. Jacky and Mr. Tom for front desk; apologies we were not able to ask the name of the personnel from customer service). The breakfast buffet was satisfying. The restaurant crew were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The personnel who facilitated the shuttle to the airport were also friendly and helpful. Kudos and thank you!

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... We stayed in a high-floor room with lounge access, which I strongly suggest. The views were incredible, and the executive lounge served a generous selection of drinks, snacks, and tapas throughout the day. We honestly didn’t even feel the need to visit restaurants much. The lounge was also peaceful and made the stay feel even more premium. Other highlights: -Rooms are modern, quiet, and well-designed -MALIN+GOETZ toiletries were a luxurious touch -The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious -We slept very well thanks to the calm atmosphere on our floor All in all, highly recommended, a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury on Lantau Island.

Interamente coperta dalla connessione WiFi gratuita, la City Oasis Guesthouse si trova in un piccolo villaggio alle porte di Tung Chung, sull'isola di Lantau. La struttura si trova in mezzo al verde ed è una cosa strana per HK. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ti consiglia un sacco di cose da fare. Super per il trekking!
