This DoubleTree by Hilton is set a 7-minute walk from Edinburgh Airport. It boasts a sauna, a gym and a fine restaurant. We had a fabulous overnight stay at this hotel before a very early morning flight. We had a family room and it was perfect, with two big comfortable queen beds and a comfrotable sofa bed. The staff on reception were very helpful, and the staff in the restaurant were absolutely great and fun with the kids. The food was just what we were after. And the swimming pool was a totally brilliant plus, really good fun for using up our last holiday hours.

Great hotel. Especially if you have a late arrival or early departure. There is a shuttle service to or from the airport 5 minutes. Clean, comfortable beds, large shower. Kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, ironing board. A large selection of food for breakfast. Friendly and responsive staff.

Set in Edinburgh and only 6.8 km from Edinburgh Zoo, Gogarstone Cottage offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Cottage was clean comfy. Nice garden to enjoy the sunshine close to airport would highly recommend

Castle Gogar Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Edinburgh, 7.4 km from Murrayfield Stadium, 8.5 km from Edinburgh International Conference Centre, as well as 9.2 km from Edinburgh... Everything! Thoughtful attention to detail, comfort, cleanliness, quality of furnishings, comfort of beds, location (handy for public transport into the city), beautiful grounds, nice glassware and crockery... We've booked many, many hotels, apartments and B&Bs over the years, and this is the nicest place we've come across to date

Set in a Victorian mansion in 55 acres of grounds, Norton House features a luxury spa, award-winning restaurant and boutique rooms with free internet. Great place for a family vacation, indoor pool area and gardens was fantastic for the little one. Breakfast was great. Location is the best part, close to the airport (but not close enough to hear anything), close to the city and just far enough to enjoy nice country side and easy to escape to further away attractions.

Featuring garden views, Craigiehall Temple provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 6.1 km from Edinburgh Zoo. It was amazing, really amazing. One day is really not enough for this place at all. It is really a great experience 👌🏽

Boasting garden views, The Keep at Craigiehall features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 6.1 km from Edinburgh Zoo. One of our better stays. Squeaky clean, with all amenities, spacious, comfortable, ample parking, great view from the living room upstairs and the deck. Dan was reasonably good with instructions albeit we had to reach out a couple of times due to some confusion while checking in. However, overall the stay was amazing. From the 1st floor living room we saw the flights going to and fro and enjoyed the view (it was not noisy for clarification). One problem I guess some of the ppl including us initially face here is that this structure has 2 separate stays- ‘the keep’ (2 bhk) and ‘the temple’ (1 bhk) and the entrance and keys for both are separate. While ‘the keep’ is modern, the temple has a very diff vibe and represents structure of the era bygone. Both are lovely though.
