Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. The staff was so nice and helpful! We came with 2 dogs and a cat. We arrived late and needed a parking space to not have to unload the whole car. Even though we arrived late after the reception was closed the staff arranged for us so we could get access and use the garage parking of the hotel! I can really recommend this hotel!

A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico sorge questo confortevole e piccolo hotel che offre un incantevole giardino, un ristorante con terrazza all'aperto coperta e la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. The room had extra pillows for reading in bed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I typically hope for but don´t always find. Also, it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, and bus line 5 will take you quickly to the old city.

I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.

It is actually very difficult to satisfy me, but Libere Vitoria nailed in: a convenient parking under the building with the direct access to the hotel; no waiting time at the reception; spotless cleanness; excellent location!
