This completely renovated hotel is directly connected to Frankfurt Airport´s Terminal 1. It offers soundproofed rooms, fitness facilities, 3 à la carte restaurants, and a cocktail bar. As a disabled person travelling on their own a lot so much of what is important is how you are met as an individual. This hotel so far exceeded my expectations it made me very emotional. From checking in to leaving the next morning (I only stayed one night as a lay-over between flights) I was treated with such respect and helpfulness by all staff. I had help with luggage to my room, had help with items I had forgotten, and just such a kind and helpful approach by everyone I met. I wish I had had more time to spend here and longer to lie in the extremely comfortable bed! My room was very spacious and had everything I needed, including complimentary bottled water, teas and coffee machine. I had to leave too early to have breakfast but did have both food and cocktails the night before and it was all exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or recommend to anyone.

The hotel offers free breakfast. They offer a wide variety of things to eat. I used the shuttle bus to and from the airport. It costs 6 Euros. The bus picks up at eh Holiday In that is a short walking distance from the Hampton Inn. That is the pick up location for several hotels in that area. There's not too much to do in the area around the hotels by the airport. I did get out for a walk around the area just to get some fresh air.

It gave us something to do while waiting for our flight. Otherwise theere is nothing close to the hotel. We walked down the river in a nice park. Spent Sundau afternoon with the community get together in the park. Ate icecream. All very pleasant.

Excellent accommodation and great service, friendly staff. Room and onsuite (bathroom) beautiful design and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Would always come back and stay there again. Also liked the Wintergarten and property location adjacent to the river Main. Service personnel very kind and helpful. Good value for money and piece of mind setting. Location also close to airport, easy to travel with taxi or bus service 😀😀😀

Very great stay. Very helpful staff. Location very great right next to the bust stop and a few minutes ride to airport by bus (only 3 euros). The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Maybe if checking late like I did, alert the staff earlier so they can support you well. They still supported me when I arrived, but a heads-up to them would have made things much easier. Overall very great stay.

The hotel was perfect. Breakfast is offered at times that work for early morning travel. We like the ability to stay the night before at the hotel & not worry about potential traffic jams the morning of our flight. The scheduled shuttles to the airport are great: they run as scheduled & take you right to your terminal.

The hotel is in a great location if you're traveling by plane. An S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the train ride to Frankfurt Airport takes just 2 minutes. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. It's nothing special, of course, but the price is also reasonable, making it an excellent value.

Hotel is located within "The Squaire" building and is directly connected to Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport via a covered walkway (Skywalk). This means you don't need a shuttle, taxi, or to even go outside to reach the airport. So it was ideal for our layover with late arrival and early departure on the next day.
