This beautiful guesthouse is situated on a hill above town, with beautiful views and a nice breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing- an extravaganza of fresh fruits, bread, island jams, fruit juices, pancakes, eggs, cereal, fresh goat cheese from a local farm, cake, and yogurt. I am probably forgetting some items. We had dinner with Pipi as well, and it was fabulous. Pipi is a great cook. Everything was delicious. The guesthouse serves meals on a flowery terrace overlooking the bay. You hear the birds sing all day long here. Walking to Sao Filipe took us about 15 min, and we enjoyed being slightly out of the main town. The airport is a 5-10 min walk. I really liked this place and would stay here again.

Buses and taxis run regularly front of, and it's not too far from the city center and main attractions in São Filipe. The host owner Mr Tony is incredibly attentive, goes above and beyong to ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied. He was incredibly kind and supportive throughout my stay. He efficiently organized all my meals and my transportation around my touristic trips in Fogo Island even to leave very early at dawn to Pico de Fogo in Chã das Caldeiras. The host offered delicious breakfasts every morning, and great advice and companionship during beautiful walks to explore the island. My stay was smooth, warm, and unforgettable. I will definitely come back for other stays. A heartfelt thank for his support and availability! Highly recommended!

Located in São Filipe, 1 km from Sao Filipe Beach, Fogo Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. At first, we were a bit hesitant due to a few very harsh negative reviews, despite the majority being positive. That's why we wanted to share our own experience. We stayed in the Sal Room, the most affordable option at the hotel, and for €90, everything was perfect. The view alone was worth the price, not to mention the warm and genuinely welcoming staff, who seemed even happier to host us than we were to be there. Fogo Boutique Hotel is a small oasis on the island. While there are some limitations, it is undoubtedly the best option in the region. We will definitely be back!

We were welcomed by Kaïda and her son, they are very kind people with who we always had fun. Beside, she has been helpfull for everything (places to eat or going out / hikings / taxi) The room is clean and everything look like the pics on the website. The hotel is located 5min from the city center and offer a great view on the ocean with the beach just underneath ! Thank you for everything and hope we will come back!

Spacious, clean room with a sea view, you can sleep listening to the waves. The staff was very friendly and helpful, good breakfast served at the roof. Super happy with this accommodation. :)
