Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

Set in Puerto Natales, 6 km from Puerto Natales Bus Station, Hotel Simple Patagonia offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Simple Patagonia was amazing! The rooms are gorgeous, especially the ones with those huge windows overlooking the water. Just watching the sunset from my room was incredible. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful in renting e-bikes and organizing a taxi for a day trip.

The cabin was quite cozy and inviting, well lit with nice views of the surrounding mountains and a bit of the sea. The fireplace, aside from the heater, was a real treat--especially with below 0 temperatures we had while there. Carla, the host, was wonderful and took great of us. We quite enjoyed our stay!
