Hotels near Zurich Airport - ZRH, Zürich

The customer service answers quickly we called mostly every day to ask silly questions and they answered, the room is small but perfect for the couples, bathroom’s door was transparent so u must have an ultimate relationship with ur partner 😆but everything was perfect. The location is far from the center but just right next to train station it takes seconds to walk for it , we had a car but we used the train twice and it was coming frequently and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the center u want even feel it , i found it very comfortable and cozy and perfect for its price it has supermarkets and restaurants near by and open for late hours which was perfect for us when we come home hungry, i totally recommend it

Nothing that I really liked. Unpleasant experience: very small single bed, no hand towels, no face cloths, no shampoo, no body lotion. Coffee machine in the lobby but have to pay 4 Swiss Franks. Very bad experience with check out. Booked for 4 nights but wanted to extend stay by one more time. After couple of emails and text messages, a message came through BOOKING .COM, saying extra night approved and there will be no extra charge. Confirmed at check in, staff approved. Day before chk out when settling the bill, management said, NO SUCH THING AS FREE NIGHT, will investigate (the proof of the email I showed) later but now have to pay 250 Swiss Franks or check out now, that was 9 pm. After a few requests charged 157 SF. NEVER AGAIN STAYING AT B&B ☹️☹️☹️

Dear colleagues, I am a Hyatt guest with your gold passport number 518976619B. For the night from October 24 to 25, 2024, I made a reservation for me for one night at Hyatt Zurich Airport hotel via www.booking.com and with a guarantee with my debit card. The JASTA travel agency, which organized my flight to Zurich, asked me if I am planing to stay at Hyatt Zurich Airport and I confirmed it. The agency doublechecked it with Hyatt a made a direct advance hotel payment for me. On Thursday last week I landed in Zurich, went to Hyatt, confirmed that the payment was performer by the travel agency and stayed overnight at the room. During the night I received a message from my bank that due to the „no show“ at Hyatt Zurich Airport I was billed with an additional 229 CHF. I understood that it was a mistake because I´ve already slept at Hyatt Zurich Airport. In the morning I checked the mistake with the reception and they informed me that I was at Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport (which was paid by the Jasta travel agency) and I should maybe to stay at Hyatt Place at the Zurich Airport which is approx. 200 meter away from the Hyatt Regency and which was probably booked by www.booking.com. I went to the next Hyatt and this was really true. May I ask you please to return the payment of 229 CHF back to my debit card in this special mistake case of mixing two Hyatt hotels in the same building? Wallisellen is rather for a non-touristy stay. The highways around and across the place are very nicely developed, as well and the many train trails and bridges. The noise is too stable to be bothering. Shopping centres are there too. Good connection with other parts makes it quite OK though. It should be no more than 20 minutes to get the centriest place in Zurich from anywhere in the area.

My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

Lufingen is a nice small village near Zurich Airport. The surroundings villages can be easily reached on foot, with nice walking paths and views. It's a really good transit place if you're travelling via Zurich Airport, highly recommended if you like a quiet stay outside of city.
