Situated in Comox and with Comox Ferry Terminal reachable within 7.5 km, Comox Valley Guest House features free bikes, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. Everything. I wasn't sure what I was getting for the affordable price. I opted for the bunk bedroom that I fortunately didn't need to share with anyone. I had access to everything from the washing machine to the kitchen and bathroom. I was only sharing with one other person who's residing in a spare room here. The host was a gem with goals of turning this into a wellness retreat. Had an amazing massage/healing treatment for an extra charge but it was so worth it. I think I'm one of the first visitors to her home and I can't recommend it enough. This isn't a hotel so if that's what you're looking for this isn't for you. It's a shared living arrangement in a large basement suite. Hostel style living. 4 minute drive to downtown comox, 4 minutes to tim hortons and McDonald's if that's your thing. Also only a 10 min drive to most beaches.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Serenity Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with patio, around 9 km from Comox Ferry Terminal. Very nice separate room with Terrace and bath. Almost like a one room apartment. It has a TV and various utilities, Tee Coffee. Very helpful and nice hosts. It's great f you need a ride to the airport.

The whole one night stay from reservation to check out was unforgettable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and convenient, the staff looked after us well as did the restauran.

Offering views of the Strait of Georgia and the mountains, this hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool and daily continental breakfast. Courtenay is 7 minutes' drive away. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. I've been through a hard few months, and they made me feel very welcome. The room was comfy, and the shower/bath was just what I needed. I look forward to staying here again, and again.
