Great room, lovely hot shower. Had a night Bus and our room was booked but she let us use the communal areas until the evening. Good, very fast laundry service, more expensive than usual but because it's a small town. Comfy beds. Common kitchen area was a big plus.

Featuring a terrace, HOSTAL SALARCITO is set in Uyuni. Free WiFi is included throughout the property. Uyuni Airport is 2 km away. This hostel is awesome. They have a central heating system with radiators in the room that are hot from 6pm until 10pm and from 6am until mid-morning. The bed was super comfortable with thick blankets. The combination of these two things made it a lot more cosy and warm. The staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town. My stay included breakfast, with tasty local fresh bread, jam, and scrambled eggs. I was very pleased to stay here and strongly recommend it. The WiFi is also good throughout the property, and I was able to stream HD video.

"Eucalyptus Uyuni" only dollars or euros are accepted is offering accommodation in Uyuni. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. This is the place you want to stay in on your return from the Uyuni desert, or before heading to it. It has heating (first radiators we saw in South America) and hot showers, and trust me, you will be missing them in the desert. Breakfast was fine, location quiet.

Tambo Aymara features accommodation in Uyuni. With a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel offers a buffet or American breakfast. Great staff Clean and spacious room Great breakfast spread
Uyuni came at the end of our San Pedro de Atacama - Uyuni private tour (3 days-2 nights) that was exceptional, so not much left to see around the small city except the people and plazas, although the small museum on the army base was very interesting and informative, as recommended by Chris. We stayed three nights and found the hotel clean and very well located to walk around. The restaurant, and more specifically Chris, was outstanding catering breakfast on a jazzy note and offering delicious pizzas by evening. Our room didn't have natural light nor a view, nor a closet, hooks nor hangers which made things a little complicated in our case, since we had some heavy luggage. Everybody at the hotel was most helpful and I would definitly recommend staying there.
No matter what season (dry or wet)you go to Uyuni, you will see amazing views. But I recommend dry season since you will have chance to see both wet area and “beautiful” dry area. And for the starlight tour, you’ll see beautiful stars without clouds!
Great place for stay one week if you go for some Tours... If not three nights are enough... We past by and made one tour which was nice....salar de Uyuni was great Publick market is a must.. Local restaurants also La Chapaquita next to Plaza de Armas was excellent.....
Salar is just an amazing place, a wonder the Word! Both when dry, as well as when flooded. Uyuni town very ugly, avoid it is possible, full of dirty roads and dirt in the air, if you are sensitive or allergic, do not go downtown and stay in one of the 3 nicests salt hotels in the Salar outside town. Best restaurant in town is Tika, in the hotel Jardin of Uyuni (nice hotel too)
It is a great place to enter the Salar de Uyuni and get ready for the visit. Whether you’re gearing up for a day trip or a more extended exploration, this town is the perfect place to plan, prepare, and get excited for the unforgettable experience that lies ahead.
Loved this hotel its unique, great location and very big free breakfast buffet. They let us checkin early and also arranged an airport taxi for us. Rooms are really really big and comfy. Only downfall is not every room has ac so we actually switched rooms. Both equally nice. Would recommend to stay here! We had only one night and booked a day trip to the salt flats. One night in the town of Uyuni was enough for us as it’s kind of in shambles.
