It was a perfect stay - the room was spacious, the view was beautiful, the personnel was very kind. The food in the restaurant Cheval Blanc (3 Micheline stars) in the hotel was extraordinary, absolutely amazing. The bar and the brasserie were also fantastic.

The hotel has a comfortable and inviting breakfast area with a good selection of quality foods. There were long breakfast hours, no food shortages, and staff members smoothly replaced everything. Also, the hotel has a very inviting, well-arranged dining area near the reception, which combines a nice bar, a cosy restaurant, and a working area with plenty of sockets and big tables. My room was spacious and clean. All staff members were very helpful. The hotel is outside the city centre, but public transportation provides comfortable communication between the hotel, the city centre and the airport.

The room and the hotel itself is spotless with very welcoming and kind staff and modern and gorgeous interior. Breakfast is fantastic. Great location just 3 mins-walk to the main train station.

Boutique & Design Hotel Volkshaus Basel features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Basel. This 4-star hotel offers room service, a concierge service and free WiFi. Location is adequate, as it is around a 10-15 min walk from the city center, but that's completely manageable if the weather permits. Crossing the bridge was always a very pleasant journey. The hotel has so much history and artistry, I sincerely urge the Hotel Manager to put up more pamplets or signs in order to help guests to better understand the historical value of the hotel and how much heart it took to completing it! The staffs were extremely helpful and passionate, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. Can't wait to be back!

Our stay at Bloom was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. 2 mins away from 2 tram stations, 10 mins by tram from the train station. The room had everything you need inside, the cleaning was done daily and the atmosphere was very cozy and nice. We even got un upgrade to a bigger room. I would definitely return anytime I visit Basel.
